Position: Director of Athletics/Head Football Coach
Location: Lytle ISD

Direct and manage the overall athletic program grades 7-12. Provide strong leadership and support to the entire athletic program at Lytle ISD by assisting in the management of athletic coaches and programs, athletic facilities, and fundraising activities under the direct supervision of the Superintendent. Assume responsibility for maintaining a cooperation and harmony among all phases of the athletic programs, the school district, and the community. Establish an environment that emphasizes academic success, and actively supports and contributes toward the educational goals established for students at Lytle ISD.
College degree required; Texas certification preferred. Ability to develop a successful football program from the middle school through high school level. Knowledge of overall operations of athletic programs; strong communications, public relations and interpersonal skills; ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data; knowledge of district, state and UIL policies governing athletes.
Minimum of five years’ coaching experience.
