High School Ag Students help kick off work at Community Garden

Lytle High School ag students are collaborating with the city of Lytle and the Methodist Food Bank for this project.  The city is donating the utilities and materials, the food bank has provided the land and LHS students are providing the labor.  Our students have cleared and tilled the lot.  They will now research the appropriate plants for the season, planting requirements etc, plant and maintain the garden.  The proceeds will be donated to the Food Bank.
