LHS Students compete for first time at Regional History Fair

LHS may not have brought back any medals from the regional History Fair, but we did make a good showing. The judges that I spoke with about our documentary presentations were impressed with our students especially with this being their first year to compete.

On the tally sheets - Adam Levya and Emma Mask pulled off some superior markings while our other team of Juli Cadena, Rachel Terzado and Cheyenne Weitzel pulled off excellent markings in some of their categories. Alexis Garcia and Morgan Sanders also did well in the Exhibit category. I am very proud of each and everyone of them. They represented the school with pride.

A very special "SHOUT OUT" and thank you to Ms. Pedrotti as the volunteer bus driver and monitor for our students during the judging for the documentaries.

Thanks again for all the support that I received for this competition and throughout this year.
