Last Friday, October 18th, a group of 5 LHS Culinary Arts students accompanied Ms. Goslin to the Senior Center in Lytle to cater their the senior adults' monthly meeting. Maria Bynum, Rebecca Tumlinson, Maggie Martinez, Sarah Lopez, and Michael Woods were my student volunteers, and they were FANTASTIC. They helped serve Halloween-themed snacks, made solely by my Culinary Arts class, and they did a wonderful job. Snacks included Spider Dip and Chips, Straw-boo-berry Chocolate Graveyard Cake, Pumpkin Pudding...just to name a few! I am incredibly proud of their willingness to serve, their professionalism, and work ethic!
