For 35 years, the San Antonio High School All-Star Football Game has served as a celebration of successful high school careers and an opportunity for area players to earn college scholarships. In 2014 this event—now the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game presented by H-E-B—will be played immediately following the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in the Alamodome on Saturday, January 4 at 5:00 pm. It will showcase the talents of the area’s best senior players from over 50 area high schools. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is broadcast nationally on NBC and the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game will be broadcast locally on The CW 35 (KMYS). Chuck Miketinac from FOX San Antonio (KABB) and Don Harris from News 4 San Antonio (WOAI-TV) will be announcing the game.

We are excited that John Santos has been selected to represent the Lytle High School Pirates in this year’s San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game.

We hope that you will help us engage the entire Pirates’ student body, parents and faculty to support John. The proceeds from the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game benefit the nonprofit San Antonio Sports whose kids programs annually touch the lives of thousands of children.

Thanks.  Together we can make a difference in the lives of our students!
