The Pirates defeated Natalia at home last night, April 23, 2024, 4 - 2 on great pitching from Jair Flores. Flores threw a complete game and allowed 2 unearned runs while striking out 8.
The Pirates scored 2 in the first off of hits by Weston Jackson and Toby Davila. Mason Hill drove in a run on a sacrifice fly. The Pirates added another on a Mustang error.
Natalia answered back in the 3rd, taking advantage of 2 Pirate errors. Lytle added runs in the 3rd and 4th and held on to the lead.
